Data Deletion
Instructions for requesting deletion of information associated with Pulse Design or Pulse Inbox Monitor.
How to request deletion
- Email contact@pulsedesign.ro.
- Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include the Instagram username or email address needed to identify the relevant information.
- Briefly state that you want your information deleted from Pulse Design records.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and may ask for reasonable confirmation that you control the account concerned. Once verified, we will delete applicable message-derived notes and other personal information under our control.
We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information when required by law, necessary to prevent fraud or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Disconnecting the Instagram application
The owner of an Instagram account connected to Pulse Inbox Monitor can also remove the application's access through Instagram's Apps and Websites settings. Removing access prevents future API retrieval but does not automatically delete information previously retained outside Meta.
